Class Policy

Classes must be prepaid. You can register in person or by phone using a credit card. We cannot refund class money unless we cancel the class; however, if you cancel 7 days before the class, you will be given a store gift certificate or you might consider sending a friend in your place. If we cancel the class because of inclement weather, we will let you know as soon as possible. Under most circumstances, we will reschedule for a future date.
Some classes are limited in number students...if the minimum number is not met, we will call to reschedule. If the new date is not convenient for you, we will offer you a a refund or gift certificate, whichever you prefer. In all our 'hands-on' classes, we limit the maximum number of students attending in order to give each person as much attention as possible.
NO SHOWS - If you are a 'no show' or you call after the 7 day deadline and tell us you can't make it, we will put you on a future class list, but please keep in mind, we will only be able to put you in that class after all other paying students have signed up. In other words, if the minimum number of students in a certain class is 8 and we only have 6 signed up, you will be able to attend that class. If we have the 8, you will have to wait until the next available offering. We can't consider you part of those signed up. Also, the same rules apply if you want to transfer to a different class/subject.
SUPPLIES NEEDED - Look for supplies needed in the handout given when you pay for your class. If you pay over the phone, we will need your email address so we can email you the handout.
The supply list varies among classes, so read carefully. In order to help keep the roof over your head during the class, we would appreciate it greatly if you would purchase your supplies here at Remember Me...you will receive a 10% discount on all items purchased for use in the class.
We have sewing machines available for your use, at no cost to you...these are available on a first come-first serve basis; you must let us know at sign-up if you would like to reserve one. For most classes, we highly recommend you bring your own machine if possible so you can be more proficient on your own machine.
